Many homeowners wonder what is covered under their warranty. Below is a quick breakdown of your coverage as a GAIA Floor homeowner!


Conditions for Coverage

  • Proper installation according to GAIA guidelines
  • Normal residential or light commercial use
  • Inspection of all materials before installation

Claims & Inspections

  • Inspect all materials prior to installation
  • Do not install defective materials
  • Claims must be filed within 30 days of discovering a defect

Exclusions

  • Incidental or consequential damages (e.g., removal and reinstallation costs)
  • Damage from shipping, installation, or improper maintenance
  • Environmental damage (e.g., floods, fire, excessive moisture)
  • Abnormal use or negligence
  • Finish defects affecting less than 10% of the total area
