Conditions for Coverage
- Proper installation according to GAIA guidelines
- Normal residential or light commercial use
- Inspection of all materials before installation
Claims & Inspections
- Inspect all materials prior to installation
- Do not install defective materials
- Claims must be filed within 30 days of discovering a defect
Exclusions
- Incidental or consequential damages (e.g., removal and reinstallation costs)
- Damage from shipping, installation, or improper maintenance
- Environmental damage (e.g., floods, fire, excessive moisture)
- Abnormal use or negligence
- Finish defects affecting less than 10% of the total area
